Our aim is to work with these partners to source and deliver a vehicle in which you find suitable. Acceptance on finance is subject to status.

Enquiry

  • By making an enquiry you agree that we may store your information on a secure database for the purposes of identification and marketing purposes.

Credit Application

  • By filling in our finance application form you are agreeing to proceed to a credit application, you are giving consent for your credit file to be searched and a note of this may be recorded by a credit reference agency.
  • The details you provide will be shared with finance companies or brokers that may offer the finance for your agreement.
  • The information that you provide must be truthful and accurate, as this will form the basis of a legal agreement that you will be entering into. Incorrect information may lead to the application being referred for fraud investigation.
  • You may be asked to provide supporting information to assist the finance company when make a decision.
  • We have no control over how long a credit decision will take, but expect a decision in most cases within 2 working days.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order or service prior to delivery you must inform us, the dealership and finance provider either verbally or in writing. You may exercise your rights afforded to you under the Credit Consumer Act 1974, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Financial Services Regulations 2004 to cancel the finance agreement, subject to this being a regulated agreement. Any monies paid to secure the vehicle will be retained. We reserve the right should you not exercise your rights to cancel, and still fail to take delivery of the vehicle or do not take up the finance arranged by us to reclaim any loses (including work carried out or lost commissions). If you have paid any monies for additional services such as car modification and wish to cancel, the cost for these services will not be refunded or returned.

Finance Companies

We will work with a selected panel of Finance Companies in an effort to secure finance for you. The lender selected will depend on the information you have provided to us on the credit application, and the type of contract you have selected. Your finance application may be passed onto one of our partnered brokers in the efforts to achieve an acceptance. By filling out our finance application you agree to this. We may be paid a commission from the lender or broker for this service.

Delivery

  • A delivery date and address will be agreed by both you and the dealer / supplier.
  • The vehicle will only be delivered to an address that you have supplied on your credit application form, unless prior consent is obtained from us.
  • You must inspect the vehicle for any damage and notify us immediately of any imperfections. Once you have signed your delivery note or accepted delivery we may be unable to help if you notice damage at a later date.
  • Any aborted delivery caused by you being absent from the delivery address at the pre-agreed time of delivery may result in a re-delivery charge.

After Delivery

We will continue to support and offer assistance however, if you encounter any issues or problems with the vehicle or finance after delivery you must contact either the car dealership or finance provider to help resolve these issues.

Data Storage

Any data you provide to us will be stored securely. We will not retain any financial information (included bank details) for any longer than is necessary.

Changes To Your Circumstances

  • You must notify the finance supplier in the event of any change in circumstance such as change of name, address, email address and telephone numbers.
  • If you wish to amend your contract or terminate the agreement early you may need to put your request in writing.
